10 Highlights of Zakarpattia – Winter Edition

The winter edition of “10 Highlights of Zakarpattia” combines castles, thermal waters, historic towns and the winter Carpathians. The itinerary is adapted to weather and road conditions to keep the trip comfortable throughout the winter season.

Day 1: Schönborn Palace, Mukachevo and Palanok Castle, followed by the Berehove area with an opportunity to relax in thermal waters and taste local Zakarpattia wines.

Day 2: discover Uzhhorod, its historic centre and castle. Continue with traditional hot vats or thermal bathing depending on weather and availability.

Day 3: enjoy the winter Carpathians. The programme may include the deer farm near Iza, mountain scenery, Pylypets and Shypit Waterfall. Other natural attractions may be added when road and weather conditions allow.

Format: 3 days / 2 nights. Accommodation, meals, tastings, thermal facilities and optional activities are confirmed before departure.
