Mount Hoverla Hike from Lviv

A Mount Hoverla hike from Lviv is an active trip to Ukraine’s highest summit at 2,061 m. The main hiking route begins near the Zarosliak sports base inside Carpathian National Nature Park.

The marked trail climbs through forest and the high mountain slopes of the Chornohora range. The ascent requires a reasonable level of fitness and suitable hiking equipment. Mountain weather can change rapidly even during the warmer months.

In clear conditions, the summit offers wide views across the Chornohora range, including Petros, Breskul and the surrounding Carpathians.
