Lviv Off the Beaten Path – Lysenko Street & Hidden Places
“Lviv Off the Beaten Path” is a themed walking tour for travellers who want to leave the familiar routes around Rynok Square and explore a quieter side of the city.
Starting near the Gunpowder Tower, we follow Lysenko Street and discover how this neighbourhood changed over the centuries, who lived here and how Lviv developed beyond its medieval defensive walls.
The route includes the former City Shooting Range, religious architecture from different traditions, historic villas, quiet courtyards, unusual architectural details and stories of local residents.
Format: thematic walking tour for visitors who have already explored the classic Old Town or simply want a less conventional introduction to Lviv.
