Carpathian Tram
All romantics and mountain enthusiasts are warmly invited to the narrow-gauge railway, which began to be built for timber transportation at the end of the 19th century. The track width is 770 mm, which is half the size of a regular railway track. The four-hour journey on the so-called "Carpathian tram" passes through an extremely picturesque route through the most beautiful and environmentally friendly places in the Carpathians.
In the village of Vyhoda, you can visit one of the most modern and interesting interactive museums in Ukraine - the Carpathian Narrow-Gauge Heritage Center, where you can touch, pull, and try everything. Hoshiv is a place known throughout Ukraine for pilgrimage thanks to the miraculous icon of the Mother of God (1737), which is located in the Church of the Transfiguration (1842) of the Basilian Monastery founded in 1570 on Yasna Hora in the Carpathians.
